Work in Manchester splits two ways. In the centre it's apartments: mill conversions in Ancoats, newer blocks around Castlefield and the Green Quarter, buildings where the service lift and the management company matter as much as the design. Further out it's the Victorian terraces and semis of Levenshulme, Withington, Chorlton and Didsbury, rooms with a century of settling in them and plenty of character worth keeping.
We take on both from Heywood, north of the city. Apartment work means agreeing access with your management company, booking the service lift, protecting communal areas and timing deliveries so nothing sits in a corridor. Older-house work means scribing units to walls that lean and designing storage into alcoves. Kitchens and fitted bedrooms, supplied and installed, or fit only if you've already ordered elsewhere, all starting with a free survey.

- Yes, with planning. Apartment installs need the building's rules sorted first: working hours, lift bookings, where the van can unload, sometimes a method statement for the management company. We deal with that before work starts so the fit itself runs without hold-ups.
- We do. From Heywood we cover the city centre and the suburbs on both sides, Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington and Levenshulme included. It's a longer drive than Bury or Rochdale, but it's a normal part of the area we work.
- Most kitchens are fitted within one to two weeks once on site, depending on the size and any building work. We'll give you a clear schedule at survey.
- Yes — we can strip out and responsibly dispose of your existing kitchen or bedroom furniture as part of the project.
- We work with fully qualified electricians, plumbers and Gas Safe engineers, so every trade is covered and certified.
- Your units and appliances come with the manufacturers' warranties, and we stand behind our installation work — we'll confirm the full workmanship guarantee details with you when we quote.
- We inspect everything on delivery and manage any supplier replacements for you, so a damaged part never derails your project.
- Absolutely. If you've purchased units elsewhere, we'll install them to the same high standard.
